Definitions

(a) “Campaign” shall mean the campaign titled as “Make NCR Toll Free”. Residents of the National Capital Territory live in a zone that is envisaged as a unified one, meant for free movement of people between its parts. However, in actual practice, the levying of toll tax by various government authorities is against the spirit of this unified zone. The campaign has been created to invite readers to join the initiative and sign a petition to do away with such tolls and #MakeNCRTollFree.
